Try our new HIP Fit class right from the comfort of your home. All you need is a Bizzy band,  great energy, and the Zoom app to join! This is a booty building class in the form of hip hop dance moves, everything is to the rhythm of the beat. Our instructor (Lena) will demontrate moves beforehand and then everyone will go through it as a group. It is fun but still intense, so prepare for a great sweat. Lets get Bizzy!
